I think the Honmaru Tei's salt ramen is a truly carefully made dish. Pork is carefully cooked at low temperature and melts in your mouth.I think it's no exaggeration to say that the ramen of Tanrei is the No.1 ramen. The owner is also friendly, kind, serious and sincere. It's a ramen shop that sincerely hopes that it will continue to operate without losing the corona.
Global standard of the Japanese Shio-Ramen! I do NOT know the Ramen greater than here and JPY850 is very reasonable. Good! Good! Good!
Honatsugi's famous salt ramen shop. The price is 850 yen with salt ramen, but the taste was very good. The soup is firm and goes well with curly noodles. The char siu was also soft and delicious. However, I'm very sorry that I didn't like to eat shungiku, so I couldn't eat it.
"Shio ramen" is very famous in Kanagawa. At the same time, it is also famous for salted boiled eggs.I love salt ramen, but this shop is definitely one of the top salt ramen I've ever eaten!Contrary to the plain and transparent appearance, the taste is soupy that it is not dark but is not too refreshing. The noodles are crisp noodles from Hirauchi that have been calculated to match this soup. The chewy texture makes the salt ramen even tastier, as if it were like the taste of soup stock.
What is it with these humble, nondescript ramen places with great ramen? Asked a fellow ramen enthusiast for a good shio ramen recommendation and (we happened to be in the area) he brought me to this delightful establishment manned by a middle-aged gentleman and his lady companion (wife? colleague?).The clear, steaming broth did not disappoint and was the perfect pick-me-up for a chilly autumn's day. The noodles and ingredients were of the right thickness and texture to go with the soup as well. Would 100% go again for a shio ramen fix.
